CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE

I take immense pride in leading one of Karachi’s most distinguished educational institutions, Sir Adamjee Institute of Management Sciences (SAIMS).
Among all affiliated institutes, SAIMS stands out for its dynamic learning environment, expert faculty, and student-centered approach.
Our commitment is to nurture excellence by mentoring students under the guidance of highly qualified academicians and industry professionals.
To all our students, those who have chosen SAIMS for their higher education, I extend my heartfelt wishes for a bright, successful, and fulfilling academic journey.

The Memon Educational & Welfare Society (MEWS) was founded in 1933 by Sir Adamjee Haji Dawood, a visionary leader and trusted companion of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Following the partition of the subcontinent, the Society began its operations in Pakistan in 1953 under the name Pakistan Memon Educational & Welfare Society (PMEWS). Since its inception, PMEWS has been driven by a mission to uplift society through education, welfare, and empowerment. The Society has consistently identified and seized opportunities to improve lives, particularly focusing on educational accessibility, skill development, and social well-being across communities. The PMEWS continues to uphold the same noble objectives today, standing as one of Pakistan’s most respected non-profit organizations (NGOs) within the Memon community. It has made remarkable contributions to education, welfare, and rehabilitation, providing millions of rupees in scholarships and financial assistance to deserving students. Thanks to PMEWS’s continuous support, countless scholars have successfully completed their education and are now serving as doctors, engineers, chartered accountants, entrepreneurs, and professionals across various industries. PMEWS remains dedicated to fostering knowledge, compassion, and social progress carrying forward the legacy of its esteemed founder, Sir Adamjee Haji Dawood.
